Pros
The group I work with is fantastic, employees genuinely care about each other. Skill set I'm learning prepares me for future roles. There is not a micro-management mentality, my leaders give me reign to run my department and try new ideas. Pay is very good, especially when you consider the excellent benefits offered. I really enjoy working here.
Cons
Parking can be tricky for the Tacoma facility if you don't get here early enough.
