Pros
Pharmacy technicians are union and have a great rep! If you are a nationally certified pharmacy tech you get a small bump in pay from the starting pay. Benefits are amazing. Health benefits start for full time employees after the first 30 days and include a 401k as well. Scrubs can be provided by the hospital, but you can also wear your own as well. Breakfast in the cafeteria is great as well as they do offer the perfect bacon and many other things as well.
Cons
Parking is not free, however it is VERY reasonable per month. But on the weekends the garages are open without having to pay.
