      Easy work Higher than average pay Unionized

      Cons

      Management did not have our backs at all. The lab was full of drama, and they were always short staffed. It is pretty nuch impossible to get fired so there were a ton of horrible coworkers. Managers displayed consistent favoritism and sexism.
