Outsource company honored current pay and seniority.
Cons
Outsourced coding after assuring employees it was only done on the other side of the state because they couldn't find enough qualified coders to fill the openings they had. Top management stuck with that story until the day they announced to our fully staffed department that we were being outsourced as well because that was the "MultCare standard".
