Pros
Loved the people who I worked with. The folks who do the hands-on work really care.
Cons
It is so profit-driven that it is stifling. It takes away from quality patient care. Nothing was perfect before the CEO changed, but it got a heck of a lot worse after Bill came on. My impression of him is a person who cares only for the bottom number and very little for the people who do so much for the community.
