Lots of promises and very little follow through. Routinely poor communication between management and staff. They preach all the buzz words being patient centric and community involved but then push providers and staff to do more in less time, talk down to providers and staff, refuse continuation of care to needy patients while pushing staff and providers to see whoever complains the loudest or has the most well connected friends. The show of community involvement is just that " a show" put on for public relations and to cover up the money hungry corporation hiding behind.
