i learned SO much, i can hang drips and deal with drains all day any day. I can Care for complex crashing patients and have Confidence in my thought process. Amazing time managemen skills now. learned real fast how to cut corners.
Cons
HORRIBLE Management, Manipulative, disrespctful, and unsupportive. Demanding and rude. patients are also demanding and rude. inappropriate assignments. Blanant favoritism. whoever makes the schedual DOES NOT work with you at all. might as well as not had an orientation for as much as the "ease you into things". 5 Months expereicce? that good enough to be charge nurse.
