Pros
The pay is the highest of any health system which is odd because its a nonprofit, supposebly.
Cons
Communication is garbage. Supervisors spend so much time at meetings talking about getting things done , and never have time to do anything. If you need a lot of guidance this place is not for you. Raises are offensively low which is why they pay so high when younare hired. For a nonprofit they have alot of money to throw around supporting other hospitals and buying equity in them. But no hazard pay or cost of living adjustments for line staff . Weird for a so called no profit tone a monopoly .
