The pay is garbage. Start pay is less than fast food currently. A lot of hoops to go through to get hired. This has resulted in *many* short staffed days, weeks and months. EVS is exempt from many incentives and bonuses that are offered to other non-licensed staff. EVS are often left out of important hospital wide communications. EVS does not have enough hospital supplied items to accomplish their tasks equitably and efficiently.
