Pros

If it is close to home and you can take the stress, it's a good place to work. Compensation is better than other places.

Cons

Lack of parking! Office politics and business as usual. Mismanagement or lack thereof. Once you are hired on, you would have to try really hard to get fired. Patient care is lacking. Stress, stress, stress... Changes or "upgrades" to software make things slower or harder to use. Getting something changed takes months, not weeks or just days. There is a new CEO. Currently they are cutting a ton of jobs and letting people go.

One of the changes we’re making is to build a culture of high accountability. While our culture is not a good fit for everyone, we believe it is a great environment for high achievers who thrive on change and want to make a difference in their community.
