The company overall shines in teamwork and positivity, encouraging employees to grow in their roles. I have had an incredible 90 days at Multicare and have encouraged others to apply. There is effective and fair communication from management and teamwork amongst staff. Multicare provides adequate training for individual roles and there is room for growth and opportunity. I am elated to be working here! (Also, fantastic benefits) This company gets 10 stars!
