I work with an amazing group of people. Physicians are great coworkers. They are thoughtful, kind and collaborate well. Our office staff and medical assistants are always looking out for me. They are always asking how I am doing and if I need anything. (even if they are not assigned to me that day!) We are a cohesive group. Multicare itself has a great onboarding group from recruiter, credentialing, epic classes, upper management talks, it is a good experience. I went through EPIC class. They really try to make sure I didn't struggle as a new employee.
