Great people, tiring company - Medical Receptionist MultiCare Health System Employee Review

I feel like there is no support from above, and being a part of MultiCare is simply tiring. Days are repetitive and shifts are always long, especially when you're a monday-friday 8 hour shift worker. 8 hours of work and 1 hour of unpaid lunch makes for a much worse work-life balance than a traditional 8 hour shift.
