Pros
Progressive and gave opportunities for improvement in career/department Great pay/salary and annual raises Good work/life balance and time given for PTO Retirement matching - on a scale of 1-5 would rank it somewhere in the middle. You qualify to receive retirement funds even if you don't put in yourself and match is better than some companies but not as good as some state or university retirement benefits.
Cons
Department quotas to meet for the year not always attainable or realistic Patient load/scheduling Overall, still loved department and company and pros outweighed cons. Cons were a work in progress and solutions were possible.
