Business Outlook
Pros
Very motivated to be a positive experience for patients, and treats employees with value. Even with the pressures that are the new normal in healthcare, I believe this organization is working hard to make employees feel welcome and valued.
Cons
Onboarding could have been smoother, and training felt somewhat narrow in focus. Also seems to be some inefficiencies due to different clinics handling administrative tasks in very different ways. With the expense of providing healthcare, there needs to be a greater focus on streamlining processes that do not generate revenue.
