Under trained and overworked - Call Center Representative MultiCare Health System Employee Review

We assist patients for many different clinics and need to become familiar with each ones rules or they will be quick to give us a correction and once we reach a certain amount they will take away your ability to work from home. They overwork patients and under train them. We need to use our PTO for holidays off. I’m not a medical staff and yet still didn’t get Christmas Day off. For this being a health organization the medical insurance is no good. They only allow you to see Multicare doctors. This job is so mentally draining that I don’t have enough energy to do anything else after work as I’m exhausted. No work life balance.
