Great front line workers and staff, patients are amazing, and if you love health care this would be a great company to work for.
Cons
There is no diversity in the Leadership. LabsNW/MultiCare Leadership only prefers to promote specific races and they are not diverse. Leadership cares only about their bonuses and not about the easy to replace individuals that help them to achieve their bonuses.
