This organization has no idea how to manage money. They've been in trouble for years and have continued to overspend. Leadership claims to follow their core values but their actions are completely the opposite. The CEO gave himself a $900,000 raise last year while everyone else got nothing in terms of bonuses and tiny 2.5% salary increases even for excellent performance. The top level leaders are way out of their league, having never led an organization of this size prior to coming to MultiCare. This organization needs new leadership and a new vision. Acquiring Yakima Valley memorial hospital while the rest of the organization was losing hundreds of millions of dollars made no sense. They like to keep people around who agree with leadership, people who don't rock the boat, which means their values of honesty and integrity are lies.
