Pros

You get to work from home and all equipment is provided to you. Pay was great. Great entry level job into IT. Health, dental, vision, and HSA plans available. 401K.

Cons

Heavily micro-managed. Non-stop phone calls come in. Company does not allow for adequate budget to expand the Service Desk team and hire more people. Main priority is taking phone calls and creating tickets. Poor opportunities for growth as positions within the tier 2 teams are scarce and rare.
