Be prepared to have "management" that isn't held accountable for violating the values that EVERYONE is supposed to follow, and will project their own insecurities on to you and make it seem like you, the worker, are the problem. Be prepared to be talked to differently behind closed doors, and not be able to do anything about it because it is the company's word against yours. Do not work for this company solely based on the fact that it proclaims "You Belong Here!" after laying off 1% of its workforce.
