The cons are all about how this company (specifically Olympia area) is managed: Chaotic, gossip filled judgmental reactions towards staff. Management walks a fine line on HR compliance. There is no culture of support or positivity in the clinic I work in. Everyone is underpaid and overworked. Staff concerns are ignored through various levels of management (including regional). Training here is very inconsistent.
