Pros
Your paycheck will be on time You will work in a building
Cons
- speeds through training and doesn't prepare you for the role and there is inadequate assistance when you ask for support to do your job better - a lot of cliques in the office and if you don't smile and ask how their weekend was, they talk behind your back and outright ignoring of people in departments - toxic positivity, leadership does not want to hear fair and level criticism and will not tolerate anyone speaking the slightest of issues impacting their role - call center hires in bulk and picks off and thins the herd for no reason and because it is probation, they just fire employees. A constant rotation of fresh bodies and overwhelming workload - pay is incredibly low for complexity of job that should be handled by those medically trained as often it is triage for critical calls - preaches work life balance and personal wellness but it is impossible to get time off due to restrictions such as, you cannot request a Monday off, only one person allowed off at a time - sends employees who are sick to get testing for COVID, but if it isn't COVID and you're dead sick, they force you to return to the office - managers seem to have no idea what their team does and have no sense of leadership, they just inherit the role and WFH 3 days a week and never talk to their team - terrible environment for anyone queer or neurodivergent
