Cons
Workload: There are reports of being overworked and having high expectations, which can lead to stress. Administrative issue: Lack of communication and/or collaboration before implementing technical changes that greatly effect staff. Pay Concerns: compensation could be better, especially given the demands of the job. No COLA in 2 years, management given directive not to allow anyone a review score that would qualify them for higher than 3% merit compensation.
