Pros
Pay was good. Was able to get an increase each year. Performance metrics were achievable for the most part - however that may be changing soon. Enjoyed my coworkers a lot. I was able to make an impact on my patients lives during my time at this company.
Cons
High staff turnover - constant staff changes create instablity and extra work for remaining staff. Poor leadership and communication - managers and leadership are unavailable, unresponsive, or dismissive of concerns. They have no discretion and publicly speak about private matters from other employees with colleagues and clinic staff. Despite the no tolerance for harassment or retaliation there is plenty to be found. Zero Collaboration - You work in a silo. Whenever you bring up a concern or way to improve flow, you are brought down by management or dismissed by leadership. Toxic work culture - gossip, favoritism, and lack of professionalism go unchecked. Low morale - hard work and dedication are rarely recognized or rewarded in an impactful way. Limited Growth Opportunities - promotions and raises are rare, with no clear career development path. Poor Onboarding and Training - little to no communication from leaders or trainers. You had to figure out what questions to ask when first starting out. The new employee must be proactive and stay on top of trainers, managers, and on-boarding staff. Very sad way to start out. No follow through. Very disorganized company. Patient Care Suffers - Administrative priorities often outweigh quality of care provided.
