Creating and maintaining a positive work environment is extremely important to our CEO and the rest of our management team. As for the lack of training and development, please note that we do emphasize development plans during performance reviews and expect every manager to work with their direct reports to create development goals. We also offer over 100 e-learning courses on a wide array of topics.
