Business Outlook
Pros
It can be a good stepping stone into a better job. you can learn some industry standards and then Trane will likely hire you. The health insurance is pretty good too. Coworkers are very nice, rustic rural midwestern culture.
Cons
The pay is bad, and 45 hour weeks are a mandatory minimum regardless of workload. The Safety standards on the production floor are nothing less than frightening. the work environment is a bit uncomfortable as all the managers are sitting directly behind you as well. The people on the production floor either are in constant turnover or have been working 60+ hour weeks for little pay.
