As it said in the review headline, management seems to be aggressive to increase market share. The meetings would be on and on, but he hesitates to make an immediate decision. Therefore, some customers are gone.

Fair pay, good benefits, generally good culture. Never worried about a lay off or getting fired.

Cons

There can definitely be some downsides to that lack of firing. There’s definitely some people that are not great at their job, which can get frustrating.
