      Pros

      Multivac Produces very nice packaging machines with the highest technology, offering good solution for higher prices for their customers worldwide

      Cons

      Internal communication is very bad, changes the strategy every 6 months, demands profit after 6 months of a BU foundation, does not have competent project managers and the senior managers avoid to take responsabilities for their decisions.

      Pros

      Fair pay, good benefits, generally good culture. Never worried about a lay off or getting fired.

      Cons

      There can definitely be some downsides to that lack of firing. There’s definitely some people that are not great at their job, which can get frustrating.
