Cons
Heavy workload, high stress. Low pay. The solution was to work more OT, not hire more people. Supervisor worked on a different floor and completely out of touch. Allowed a bully coworker to control everything. Supervisor blamed high turnover on former employees instead of seeing the real problem. Pretended to listen to concerns but it was lip service. Some doctors were very nice but others were demanding and disrespectful. They weren't Munson employees so there was no accountability. Terrible parking situation. Forget getting into the parking garage unless you work 1st shift. Overflow lots are 1/8 mile from building. Nepotism goes unchecked. Bullying goes unchecked.
