Pros

I loved all of the people that i worked with, the facilities are nice, everyone makes the entire hospital feel like a home because they are all so friendly.

Cons

I worked in the OR and it was extremely stressful, people would yell at you and could be completely unprofessional with what they were saying.

Great culture, positive attitudes, great management and educator, fair patient assignments - never more than 2 patients for icu. Crrt and TNK patients singled.

Cons

Have to work b2, the icu stepdown floor every 1-2 wks
