Fear - Manager Munson Healthcare Employee Review

Fear would be the best way to describe Munson currently. If you have a staffing issue you better figure it out on your own. If you complain about the fact your department is barely functioning you will have retaliation leveled against you. Many of us in leadership here are quite frankly frustrated with the lack of basic resources. Munson is not attracting the best and the brightest and staff retention is laughable. The community has lost its trust in Munson and the 1 star ratings continually pile up on Google reviews.
