Too much management, creation of unnecessary management positions to aid in micromanaging employees. Toxic work culture and values. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! Policies are only valid for management satisfaction. If policy is brought up by an employee to management that is being broken or not followed their response is always that policies are subject to change. The never get up out of their chairs to help staff and when things get crazy they're always "in a meeting". No tuition assistance, no continuing education credits, no room for advancement. If you're a good worker you get recognized by getting to do more work with no additional compensation or resources.
