Pros
The employees are generally in a good mood and also have patients best interest in mind.The cafeteria offers a great variety, gym membership is affordable and benefit package is good.
Cons
Employee raises are given as flat amount and does not factor in employee work ethic. Less than effective employees will get the same raise as those who do put in extra effort and excel and in their person.
