Nice place to work until it started to go downhill. My coworkers were amazing.

The issue is the lack of professionalism and respect among certain employees, usually the most senior employees. Communication often comes across as condescending, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude, especially when asking questions or trying to collaborate. Instead of fostering a supportive team environment, there seems to be a culture where employees talk down to others and treat coworkers as inconveniences rather than teammates. Management should seriously address workplace communication and accountability, because it creates a toxic atmosphere that makes it difficult to feel valued or respected
