Pros
There are some sharp, talented people working here. Most of them that still actually work hard and are proud of their work are generally aggravated due to company culture. Working here for a while still looks good on a resume for some reason. It's a good place to learn how to do some things and how not to as well. I was paid fairly well.
Cons
Upper Management's philosophy is if it worked in 1952 it works now and they're trained to dismiss any new ideas. No one makes it into the boys club if they're a free thinker. Middle management is stuck seeing the issues on the ground but with no power to do anything meaningful about it. From my experience while there it was heading the wrong way and talking to those still employed it's still on a downhill slide. It's wasted breath and energy to try to find ways to streamline and improve processes to avoid common issues.
