Management enables toxic culture. Favoritism plagues rental. They do not embrace difference of opinion. You shut up and do as you are told or you get the boot at the snap of a finger. They will go as far as making up things to write you up for. When you approach HR about the matter they tell you to take it up with the person who wrote you up. Seems to defeat the purpose of you ask me. They don’t bother with taking the time to train anyone. They throw you in and you either sink or swim. Wouldn’t advise working in rental unless you have no other option
