Think twice - Upper Management Mustang Cat Employee Review

All the other reviews on here talking being the “good ole boy” system are true. I started at this company a few months ago and I am leaving within the next 2 weeks. If you’re not a pretty girl or in the inner circle, then you really don’t matter. There’s old timers here who only promote the people they like and it’s a “my way or the highway” mind set. They talk about safety but really don’t mean it.
