Pros
Mutiny's team, while small for the time being, is incredibly effective at delivering on goals and making decisions as a group. The engineering team is very talented and have maintained an excellent code base throughout high growth periods. Cons
It is a small company so some of the processes take getting used to if you are coming from a more enterprise-y background. The team is also fully remote (at this time) which may not be the best fit for folks that need a lot of face time to be effective.
