This company cares about employee feelings way to much & as somebody who is blunt & doesn't care about peoples feelings, having to watch what I say every single word is exhausting! They want everybody to be a family with one another. If you want to move up in the company, good luck as they dont care if you have experience being a manager or not, they care more about "vibes." They want sensative people who are cry babies in the company not somebody with an actual back bone. ALSO this company has NO IDEA which direction they want to go in! They say they're a start up company still but they are not anymore with 10 stores. Also upper management has their hands in every store so too many hands in the cookie jar as they say.
