Pros
Fast pace working environment, location is near downtown and is nice. Most co workers are pleasant and hours are consistent.
Cons
Deli management does not value their employees. Reoccurring issues with how tasks are delegated and general working environment have been consistently brought to their attention, not only have they ignored these problems but have perpetuated them. There is no professionalism, back talk about other hard working co workers is very common. Simple issues are turned into huge issues due to lack of clear communication. Rather than providing constructive feedback about how tasks are being completed they criticize and berate others until they leave the department. There is a reason why there is such a high turnover, it’s unfortunate the amount of hard working people that have understandably moved on.
