Poor management - Scheduler My Left Foot Children's Therapy Employee Review

Working with people who had so many hard things to deal with was eye opening and really made me appreciate all the blessings I have. No matter how hard I thought my life was I saw that others were struggling with much bigger things. And they had such positive attitudes for the most part. The company is very positive and really trying to help people which made me feel a part of something worthwhile.

I enjoyed my job and have no cons.

The therapy staff is very supportive of each other and many therapists have been there a LONG time - like a decade + very knowledgeable and definitely experts in their fields . It was a great learning experience because of them. The pay was good. Benefits were OK. I really appreciate now how flexible they were with time off. You could basically take it whenever you wanted it. Management was fair and transparent. It was a good job that I appreciate more now that I have moved on.

More paid holidays. Better Communication overall and specifically with therapists asking questions from scheduling and insurance departments. Need more immediate responses on things that cannot wait. Management is also slow to reply at times.
