      Pros

      Having the brand recognition of a company like AT&T on your resume, and experience in wireless/telecom

      Cons

      Some of the most unprofessional management and corporate leadership I have come across inside and outside of wireless. Many stores are understaffed, requiring employees to work open to close, often 11+ hours with no breaks or lunches. With corporate AT&T going through a class action lawsuit of their own for this EXACT reason, only a matter of time before My Wireless ends up going down the same road.

Opportunity to work across a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, compliance, and talent development. Collaborative environment with open communication across departments. Flexibility and trust in managing priorities and projects independently. Strong emphasis on compliance and doing things the right way.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment can require juggling multiple priorities at once. Some HR processes are still evolving and may require manual work or additional structure.
