I say we because I am MyMichigan and I am very proud to say that I have been a part of a great organization and have watched it grow across the state to support so many more communities.

Parking can be challenging at times.

Work/Home balance is good. PTO no weekends 403b and life insurance short term disability

Staff are unfriendly, Gossip, current manager does nothing to solve staff grievences Pay is well below the competitors average, Health insurance is expensive . Work place harassment and exclusion by management and staff. Manager lies to staff about the narrative of department situations causing staff to feel threatened and some have left or refuse to pick up shifts.
