Pros
I had a great supervisor and worked well with most of the staff. The job is rewarding. The company has great benefits.
Cons
A select few technicians would retaliate if I did something differently from them. There was also a lot of passive aggression. Expect to be spoken poorly about and sabotaged when you aren’t looking. Technicians will go to the boss and try to sabotage you moving up in the department/going fulltime. There’s a male pharmacist who’s creepy and will cut corners whenever he has the chance. He also speaks poorly about critical/hospice patients.
