Pros

-Unlimited PTO— however , you have to put request in 10 days in advance. Otherwise you will not get paid. -Weekly pay

Cons

-They lie from the very beginning. They told me they don’t hold licenses if you decide it’s not a good fit. Now that paperwork is all completed and switched over, they will hold license for 6 months. -System never works and is horrible -Leads aren’t the greatest -Training was not helpful at all -Claim to be advocates to clients but it’s just a front. They want you to sell to whoever is on the phone , even if they tell you they have POA. -No access to Marx. You have to wait for sup to pull report -Micromanaging -You only get $50 per policy up front, then $25 more after 3 months and another $25 in 3 more months if client is still on plan.. -Insurance plan sucks.. Don’t offer FSA or HSA..

Pros

LI really enjoy working here. My team is supportive, my coworkers are genuinely great people, and my manager is someone I appreciate most of the time. The culture is chill and the day-to-day is usually manageable. Overall, it’s a solid place to work if you like a good team environment and don’t mind picking up things through hands-on experience

Cons

Training could definitely be improved. it’s more of a ‘learn as you go type of job but once you get the hang of it, things make a lot more sense. Work-life balance can get tough during AEP, but that’s expected with the industry
