Pros
Unlimited PTO but it's not as great as it sounds. you won't have access to that until you've been there for about a year anyway
Cons
EVERYTHING -PAY for one. So many other companies for medicare that pay double if not triple the amount. -Commission structure. They pay off conversion but will count calls with NO MEDICARE. (which you'll get a lot of bc people think its MEDICAID benefits) -The training manager Steve is a JOKE. If you want to listen to someone who makes inappropriate jokes and can't stay on topic then he's YOUR GUY. He has to run multiple training for NEW process because he can't get it across well the first or 5th time. Unsure how he still has a job there. -The CEO kyal introduced himself stating that this is the company he is retiring on. AKA he will end up selling it to another start up right under your feet. Honestly would probably be an improvement -Agents/Managers make NO MONEY. The commission structure for BOTH is comical. Managers start around 65K but it also depends if they KNOW you on how much they'll PAY YOU. Don't expect to be paid by WORTH. -Expect long hours and NO OT pay if you are salaried. You could work 70/week during AEP and get the same dang check. -They do not reprimand for shady selling. If you are their top producer and you sell shady policies don't worry you'll be rewarded with the crappy incentive prizes they come up with! -For a health insurance field they sure provide crappy insurance. That costs YOU a big chunk of your check -Better hope you don't live in a CST or PCT time zone or your working hours will be BS. and if you aren't preforming...welp you're in luck you now get to work till 7-9pm. -FMLA? lol wait a year for THAT and they say they're flexible in the job interview but are NOT at all flexible in accommodating you or your schedule.
