Pros

Mycon have been very helpful in getting my h1b transferred successfully and getting me excellent opportunity in U.S. They are straight forward and give you right details whether you are interested or not. They do what they say unlike other companies who make false promises and gets you in trouble. I would highly recommend Mycon to all my friends and others aswell.

Pros

A young minority owned IT Staffing Co with tremendous growth potential. They have there own product and the Staffing division is now called Busitants group. The managers are eager to help software engineers - always! Have solid Staffing and technology background. I have referred many of my contacts/friends and they are all so thankful to me. Absolutely transparent and provide free immigration/ technology related advise, probably that's why they have grown so fast. Their on-line skill enhancement program is fantastic. Should market this!

Cons

They work on very thin margin. I like them so much specially after working with other Staffing firms - probably am not so objective

Lot of clients across US

Cons

Do not care of the employees Immigration status. Does not file GC on time. Employees have to return to India after 6 years on H1 or L1 visas.
