Pros

No reason to join this company just an IT body shop they dont have any direct client works in layers. Even they wont pay on time to their candidate and recruiter as well. Think before join twice .. Even they put positive response over websites by their own.

Cons

The conpany president is anurag sharma put working using fake name andy neil they doesn't having staff to work only 7 or 8 memeber in india. No one in US. Again think twice before join.

Pros

A young minority owned IT Staffing Co with tremendous growth potential. They have there own product and the Staffing division is now called Busitants group. The managers are eager to help software engineers - always! Have solid Staffing and technology background. I have referred many of my contacts/friends and they are all so thankful to me. Absolutely transparent and provide free immigration/ technology related advise, probably that's why they have grown so fast. Their on-line skill enhancement program is fantastic. Should market this!

Cons

They work on very thin margin. I like them so much specially after working with other Staffing firms - probably am not so objective

Lot of clients across US

Cons

Do not care of the employees Immigration status. Does not file GC on time. Employees have to return to India after 6 years on H1 or L1 visas.
