stagnate - Sales Representative Mygrant Glass Employee Review

Worst structure of management I have ever seen. The atmosphere is micromanaging all decisions about prices are sent through 1 person in the company for 70 locations this is impossible. As a sales rep you can do your job then wait months for action to be taken. Bait and switch mentality, i never met an employee who had received a raise that they were promised after 3 months of employment. I actually did not meet 1 person who jad received an increase since they were hired. Some of them 6 years ago..sad.
