Pros
Good insurance, decent pay. For many years this company was run by great people but like all good things that came to an end several years ago.
Cons
The owners fired or demoted the good people they had working for them for years, including their own family members. Now the East is run by a wanna be dictator and his sad beaten down puppy. When so many managers are working on their exit strategy, you know the ship is sinking rapidly.
